Designer/Developer +I've been leading out on graphic, web design/development, content creation for social and marketing projects for over 17 years with dedication to produce engaging content, graphics and experiences for end users. I’ve played an integral role with creating internal best practices and procedures, developing project plans, creating/managing marketing campaigns as well as train and mentor several design and development teams. For years I've handled daily high traffic website updates, managed legal compliance within websites, created and managed digital assets, graphics and videos - working across multiple digital platform plus help create editorial/social calendars. In the past I've also developed, overseen and managed social media pages.
In my current and previous positions I work directly with Directors, Strategy Leads, Project Managers, the CRM Team and numerous Creative and Development Teams across the organization(internal and external) to concept and create a wide range of digital projects, including website and microsite design/development, online seminars, email marketing, social media graphics, banner ads, infographics, videos, presentations, interactive media and print material all with adhering to our brand standards. Creating engaging content is second nature to me, I can design seeing it from all angles and with best practice tactics being top-of-mind, the outcome helps elevate brand awareness and achieve business goals.
I'm a solution provider and in my years of experience I've gained many skills, basically anything digital or print I can do. I've lead and worked alongside many teams helping shape templates and create processes for many things being the "Big Picture" kind of person I am but as a creative individual I feel you're always learning and with the way web and social is constantly evolving you must continue to learn and adapt as well.
I'm comfortable working on multiple projects, with multiple timelines and multiple teams at once if need be. To some it may be overwhelming but it has been my daily life for over 15 years and I'm quite comfortable in doing so. With me remaining positive, projects get completed on time(or ahead of schedule often) and the team and I are always in good spirits. I truly believe in collaboration and helping others. I enjoy teaching individuals and helping them become better in their professional life as well as in their personal life if the chance presents itself.

Dad, Fiancé, Best FriendI'm engaged to the love of my life Sara and we love raising our 3 kids here in beautiful sunny Florida. Michael and Joshua are teens who are becoming respectful young men and Wendy turned 5 last December and has a blast doing whatever we do. Each of them are so bright and are growing up fast. Even though I’m in the tech field I do set time away from technology for the family. We love to play board games and I encourage the family to do activities outside so our kids can experience what life was like before the internet. We have lots of fun together and love going kayaking, hiking, going on walks, bike rides, taking our dogs to the local dog park, taking trips to Disney, Universal, SeaWorld, Cedar Point, the beach, playing family games, bocce ball, tennis, table tennis or just hanging out at home - we love one another’s company.
About 5 years ago we moved to Longwood Florida, which is about 30 minutes north of Orlando, from Cleveland Ohio and are loving the fresh air, warm welcoming neighbors, year-round great weather and yes - our pool! Family often come to visit and we also have some family nearby in Florida as well, we love visits with family. Their grandparents, uncles, aunts and cousins are closely involved in their lives along with close friends.
When I was younger I learned how to draw by watching my mom draw and I must say, I picked it up very well and have fine tuned my skills immensely - maybe that’s where my creativity blossomed from. I’m fluent in all mediums and am very skilled. I draw pictures for the kids and believe it or not but they've picked up my drawing skills. I love creating oil paintings as well and the styles that I prefer are that of the Surrealist artists like Dalí and Magritte but I also love Impressionism and Realism. I know, you can digitally print a photo or create an amazing work of art on the computer and digitally print a painting but there's just something about an authentic painting. I love oil paint because you can work with the paint in ways you can't with acrylic and I help encourage our kids creativity. I remember clearly going through middle and high school and loving art class. I love that our kids are loving their time in art class at the same ages. I work at a very fast pace in my professional life(never loosing quality in work) but in my personal life I'm mindful of the moments I'm blessed with and slow down to enjoy life. I always have a positive outlook on situations and strive my best to bring out the good in everyone. I’m looking forward to what the future has to offer me and what I have to offer those who come across my path in life.
